Mercedes-Benz is the latest big lifestyle brand to open a pop-up cafe. Designed by Thai architect Winai Chairakpong, the vast space comprises three zones: a showroom exhibiting the latest models, an exhibition space and the cafe.

The menu is designed by German chef Mirco Keller, of Water Library Chamchuri, and serves German-inspired dishes like schwarzwaldschinken (black forest ham, mustard cream, pickles, sauerkraut bread, B300), lachs schmorgurken (salmon, crème fraîche, onion, yellow mustard, 440) and Donauwelle (pound cake, buttercream, chocolate, cherry sorbet, B120).

There's also wines (B290-350/glass), cocktails (B300-380), beers (B250-260/bottle), coffee (B90-120) and soft drinks. Try The Best or Nothing (Beefeater-gin-infused gummy bear, fresh mango, passion fruit, orange juice, lemon juice, B380). The cafe runs from now through Jul 31.
