From August 2 to 4, Dolce Vita will be hosting Mario Gamba of two Michelin-starred Tristan in Puerto Portals on Mallorca and one Michelin-starred Acquarello in Munich.

Highlights to look forward to from chef Gamba include vitello in camicia ($28), veal tenderloin slow-cooked in olive oil with herbs, baby artichokes, coconut clouds and orange-carrot reduction, and ravioli di foie gras ($32), foie gras-stuffed ravioli accompanied by white pepper and red onion confit. And for dessert, parfait di lamponi ($18), raspberry Tonka bean parfait with raspberry jelly.

For those really looking to spoil themselves, be sure to order the six-course menu ($158). Both a la carte and six-course sets are only available for dinner.
