Following Lady Brett Sathorn's recent foray into lunch, the barbecue specialist's Thonglor venue is now opening for brunch. 

Available from 11am-3pm every weekend, the brunch menu offers up a combination of familiar appetizers and salads from the Sathorn venue’s lunch selection, along with some superb new eggy and sweet dishes.

Expect hearty items like Uber Eggs (B495), three scrambled eggs with Parmesan, truffle and black garlic sauce, sauteed mushrooms and baby asparagus, topped with pulled braised beef cheek and served with sourdough; and savory bacon and pate pancakes (B435), three pancakes with chicken liver pate, grainy mustard, crispy bacon, fried egg, rocket salad and house-made duck rillettes.

Something sweet? Go for the vanilla pancakes (B275) with vanilla-whipped mascarpone, caramelized bananas, maple syrup and crushed pistachios.
