The Spanish celeb chef will be showcasing dishes like Textures of Asparagus and Pigeon Ala Royal 2012 for a five-course dinner, priced at $88 for August 10 and 11.
Other highlights to look forward to are signatures that will be served at Sunday brunch on August 12 such as liquid ravioli with root vegetables and melon soup with Cava ($148 inclusive of free-flowing wines; $168 inclusive of free-flowing Champagne and wines) .
