Nothing says “I love you” like 400g of Norwegian salmon formed into the shape of a jasmine garland.

Stuck for a Mother’s Day gift idea? Tell mom you love her with a fresh, edible garland made of… uh, fish?

Sushi Seki is offering a one-of-a-kind gift this year with its [fill-in-your-preferred-adjective-here] sushi garland.

The edible treat is made of 400g of fresh Norwegian salmon and Japanese rice carefully arranged into the shape of a jasmine garland—the kind you might find from your favorite flower vendor.

The fishy gift arrives in a cute, bow-tied package and checks in at a sizable 9.5cm by 30cm. After the photo ops, you can tuck into it with three special sauces: spicy sesame, mentaiko (pollock roe), and Thai spicy salad.

Pre-order before Aug 11 via Line @Suhsiseki or phone (097-231-9256; Ekkamai Branch). The restaurant will deliver your precious package by Aug 12 in the afternoon.

Kokopan’s croissant bouquet for Valentine’s Day, Moo Tod Break Tak’s fried pork belly birthday cake, and now a sushi garland. What’s next?
