This month at FoodLoft's Guest Gourmet corner, Bangkok Burger Co. presents its heavyweight burgers and snacks. It’s all about premium American-style burgers, here, made with quality meat and a mountain of toppings and then get down to the difficult task of choosing beween the delicious, premium fillings. They don't have the whole menu, but they do have some of our favorites—here's what you can expect.
1. The Yankee (B350)
An all-American classic—bacon, cheddar cheese, a giant onion ring, lettuce, tomato, grilled onion, house barbecue sauce and garlic mayo—check out the pic below.

2. The N.Y.C. (B365)
For something more contemporary, check out The N.Y.C., which gets its unique, mellow texture and taste from guacamole and deeply flavored sundried tomato mayonnaise. Bacon, grilled onion, lettuce and tomato complete the package.

3. The Moody Blues (B350)
Danish blue cheese headlines this meaty treat, balanced out by cranberry-onion marmalade. Bacon, lettuce, tomato and garlic mayo make this one of the fullest-flavored creations on the menu.

4. El Diablo (B325)
This one has a fiery kick thanks to sauteed fire breather chilies and housemade hot sauce. Balancing out that spicer is some cheddar cheese, grilled onion, lettuce, tomato and garlic mayonnaise.
