With a special guest chef from Hong Kong's New Punjab Club.

This Sep 22, Gaa will be hosting its first ever Big Tandoor Brunch with the help of special guest chef Palash Mitra. 

Now head of Hong Kong's New Punjab Club, chef Palash built his reputation in London at celeb chef Vivek Singh’s modern Indian restaurant, The Cinnamon Club, and Michelin-starred Gymkhana.  Known for his hearty Punjabi dishes, he will colllaborate with Gaa's own chef Garima Arora for a feast of Indian soul food. Chef Palash will bring favorites from his Hong Kong restaurant to the table, including samosa chaat and tandoori cobia (fish), plus beef kakori kebabs.

Adding to the excitment, there will be cocktails by none other than Tropic City, 31 on Asias Best 50 Bars list and Bar of the Year in BK's very own BAD Awards. 

Priced at B4,000 per person (not including beverages), the brunch will be served family-style and eating with hands will be welcome. There will be two seatings offered: 11am and 1pm. For reservations, contact 091-419-2424, reservation@gaabkk.com or book online.
