French bakery Artisan Boulangerie Compagnie has just launched at Killiney Road.

The 75-seater is run by veteran baker Eran Mayer, who puts out a comprehensive menu of pastries such as apple turnovers ($4.80) and vanilla twists ($3.80), sandwiches like corned beef ($11.80), plus loaves of bread including the cinnamon loaf ($10) and the Killiney Loaf ($18), a large rustic loaf.

There are also charcuterie ($18) and cheese platters ($19.50), as well as an affordable  wine list with specimens like Stratnum pinot noir ($10/glass, $50/bottle) and Heart of Stone sauvignon blanc ($10/glass, $50/bottle).
