If you’re a Bangkok sushi aficionado, you already know chef Seiji Sudo—either from his previous work as a head chef at Singapore's
Ginza Sushi Ichi or his days as head chef of his own six-seat omakase restaurant Tama. After parting with
Tama, chef Sudo is bringing his omakase expertise to Silom with Sushi Saryu at Kronos Sathorn Building.
Roughly translated as “sand flowing through an hourglass,” Sushi Saryu embodies Sudo’s 10 years of training and his tireless dedication to curating rare finds and high-quality ingredients in his omakase courses.
His new omakase set at Sushi Saryu of about fifteen items will set you back B8,000.
