Wine and dine with winemaker Alain Chabanon as he takes you through multiple different wines paired with this five-course dinner. There are dishes like rack of lamb with Moroccan-style lamb sausage; Carabinero prawn with spelt risotto; and Hokkaido scallop ravioli with asari clams bouillon infused with Iranian saffron—all paired with French wines.
Merchants Wine Cellar hosts a five-course seafood-centric dinner ingredients like snapper, prawns, oysters and calamari sourced from Southwestern Australia. Wines are from the award-winning Yilgarnia Wines boutique winery known for their Merlot and Shiraz located in Denmark, Western Australia.
At this event you can indulge your taste buds while helping a good cause. The fundraising pop-up event aims to raise money for the Home Nursing Foundation with a food festival bringing local food folk like Morsels, Keith Crackling Roast, SPRMRKT and Hombre Cantina. There's only a $10 donation fee too.
Saint Pierre hosts a five-course decadent brunch that's all about German wine. On the menu are items like ratte potato pancake with home-smoked salmon, creme fraiche, ikura and black olive powder; Kurobuta pork belly with miso-glazed eggplant, smoke almond, soft poached egg and Riesling hollandaise; and crab-dashi risotto with Hokkaido scallop tataki.
