Attached to the showroom of world-famous Thai designer brand Boyy, this cafe combines mid-century pastels and smooth terrazzo for a mash-up between American diner and ‘70s Milanese decor. Nestled in the lobby of an upmarket spa, this low-key bakery has a reputation for custom-made cakes that look as good as they taste. Gallery Drip Coffee


The owners of this artsy cafe personally source their single-origin beans from places as far-flung as Ethiopia and Yemen. Piyachart Trithaworn and Natthiti Ampriwan are the friendly pair behind this venture and are always on hand to share their extensive knowledge of coffee. Roasting and hand-grinding the beans themselves, they focus on fair-trade and organic produce and, of course, it’s all about the drip brew method.
