Guaranteed to make you happier than a pig in mud.

Roast

This spot is best known for its Instagrammable brunch dishes, and this mound of meat is no exception. Their pulled pork burger (B320) sees red cabbage slaw sit between a spongey brioche bun. The house-made skinny cut fries add just the right crunch to the dish, too. Our tip: forget the fork and knife and dig right in.

Bricks & Bone

This bourbon-specializing bar is also known for its signature BBQ sauce: a mix of bourbon and dried chili which gives their dishes a spicy kick that will leave your mouth burning for more. That same sauce features in the pulled pork burger (B200), which is filled with tender meat and tart coleslaw with a side of thick cut potato fries.

Soul Food 555

The star of this kiosk are undoubtedly the Thai fusion burgers, of which we particularly enjoy the Khao Soy Cowboy (B295). The pulled pork is covered in a fiery Northern-style curry with the deep-fried egg noodle topping giving a satisying crunch.

Chunky

This spot makes a ton of jaw-droppingly good burgers, but their pulled pork burger (B250) on homemade brioche bun is a real standout. The juicy pork is marinated in two kinds of sauces—one is tomato—and the carrot and cabbage slaw is made with yogurt instead of the traditional mayonnaise.

Toast Company

Toast's burger (B180) is made with pork shoulder that's been cooked for eight hours and is combined with their housemade BBQ sauce that's mixed with smoked chilies. The purple Hawaiian-style bun is made of taro (sweet potato) and lends a bit of sweetness to this otherwise savory dish. The dish comes with fries as well as a choice between mashed potatoes or a fresh salad.

Chu

This chocolate-specializing cafe does a solid line of savory food, too. The smoked pork, here, is cooked for a grand total of 16 hours, leaving it with a near melt-in-your-mouth texture. The BBQ sauce is made with Jack Daniel's whiskey while their coleslaw is mixed with cider giving it tartness. The burger (B320) is also topped with a Sriracha mayo adding a slight kick of spice.

Smokin' Pug

This happening spot's pulled pork sandwich (B350) comes with three sauce choices (our recommendation is Kansas Style) and the pulled pork is both sweet and salty. Take a bite with roasted beans and some of their 'slaw and you've got yourself a winning combination. So good you should remember to book ahead.

Firehouse

This Soi 11 institution makes a ton of different burgers and they're pretty much the place to go if you're looking for a quick-n-easy munchie meal. They are always expanding their range of burgers, but its hard to go past classics like the Carolina pulled pork sandwich (B321), whose heady American flavors come served in a hefty bun.
