Former co-workers at Heston Blumenthal's three Michelin-starred restaurant collaborate for a one-night only dinner at Bacchanalia.

Never mind that Heston Blumenthal is bringing The Fat Duck to Melbourne (not Singapore!) for six months in February next year when the London restaurant undergo renovation. Bacchanalia's Executive Chef Ivan Brehm is collaborating with his former The Fat Duck colleague, Norwegian Chef Markus P. Dybwad, for "A Taste of Norway", a one-night-only dinner that showcases the best of Norwegian cuisine on June 19

The seven-course dinner menu, priced at $125 (of course, it won't come cheap) is based on unique Norwegian flavors and features some of the most popular delicacies from the Scandinavian region like sweet prawns, Arctic char and monkfish. Expect mainly seafood dishes that highlight the ingredients' unique flavors like cured salmon sashimi with oyster emulsion and seaweed salad, backed Arctic char with Jerusalem artichoke puree, creamed bleak roe sauce and macadamia nuts, as well as blueberry mousse with chocolate ganache to round it off.

Book your spot before seats run out.
