Casual seafood dining chain
Red Lobster is opening its first branch at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center on Sep 12.
Known for its affordable lobsters and big portions served across the Americana spectrum (and scrummy hot cheese garlic table bread), the chain was founded in 1968. The brand now has 749 branches around the world in places like China, Ecuador, and Turkey.
On top of lobster and classic American and Italian dishes, the brand specializes in seafood, including crab, fish, mollusks, and shrimp—often served with a bit of kitsch like mac and cheese.
