Amazing Chef, Amazing Cuisine & Workshop, at Bangkok Bistro Riverfront (Asiatique The Riverfront, between Charoenkrung Soi 72-76, 083-077-8101), will feature a different chef each week, cooking dinner in the middle of the dining room. The demonstration/dinner takes place from 7-9pm, every Wed, through March. The dinner includes three courses and wine pairings (B2,000 per person) in a chill, breezy riverside setting.
