Brasserie Les Saveurs presents picks like slow-cooked abalone with Brittany seaweed, and pan-fried abalone with watercress purée and pork belly lardons (part of a three-course $58 set lunch or a six-course $128 set dinner). 

At Chinese establishment Yan Ting, you'll find the delicacies offered in an all-abalone six-course set dinner ($138 per person, min. two guests) and a la carte creations such as oven-baked chicken with abalone soup and puff pastry ($38).
