Here, the charismatic Guadalajara-native Francisco “Paco” Ruano serves up elevated Mexican dining combined with one of the city’s best views. For BK Restaurant Week 2024, Ojo is serving up a Mexican fine-dining feast, with some of its fan-favorites like “Ojo Guacamole” with crab meat, ikura salsa, and prawn oil and mains like Pollo Loco (smoked organic baby chicken, annatto, peanut mole, and chipotle).
