In keeping with the current trend of local designers adapting traditional craft skills, Vickteerut’s sister line, Vick’s, has rolled out a line of special indigo-dye shirts as part of its latest spring/summer collection. Head designer Teerut “Vick” Wongwatanasin and cohort Pang Sudhinaraset traveled to Chiang Mai and Sakolnakorn to learn the local indigo-dying methods before integrating them into the brand’s trademark linen shirt designs.
