Unlike Christmas, New Year's Eve is THE time to be out-and-about celebrating with friends and family. Ring in the new year with these decadent dining deals, but book fast as tables are being snapped up quickly.
If you really want the best views of the fireworks and the bay, look no further than this fusion restaurant. The five-course dinner includes a champagne pairing and features plates of spicy whitefish maki with avocado, smoked salmon and yuzu cream; pan-fried foie gras unagi with mango, goma and shoju jelly; and braised wagyu with truffle teriyaki, Satsuma imo puree and green beans. Champagne includes bottlings of Krug, Louis Roederer and Ruinart. Plus, you get access to the SkyBar to watch the fireworks come midnight. $288.
Situated at One Fullerton, this seafood-centric place also has pretty great views of the bay. The four-course dinner consists of more indulgent seafood dishes like lobsters, oysters and everything in between. You also get a great view of the fireworks at the bay. $168 with free glass of Champagne.
The new steakhouse atop the Singapore Land Tower adopts a semi-buffet dinner this New Year’s Eve. Expect lots of seafood, oyster stations, cheese boards, a dessert buffet and their signature mains like the market catch of the day or a steak. $288.
New Year’s is a pretty indulgent affair at this picturesque hilltop restaurant. Although there are two seatings, the second includes a five-course dinner with free flow Prosecco and wines with dishes like crispy foie gras with apple compote and berry sauce and mezzelune with lobsters in saffron, bottarga and dried tomatoes. First seating, $128; second seating, $178.
The swish restaurant serves up a five-course dinner with free flow Moet & Chandon Champagne, wines and beers. On the menu are dishes like strawberry and prawn risotto with homemade ricotta, as well as eggplant assam with tamarind glaze and burnt eggplant puree. $350.
Overlooking the golf courses of Sentosa, this Italian restaurant serves a five-course dinner with plates of smoked venison carpaccio with blueberry and whisky gel and celery root; lobster knuckles with sea urchin sabayon; and beef tenderloin with goose liver, asparagus and truffle sauce. $128.
It’s not just Marina Bay that has vertiginous views of the city. Head to ION Orchard for a four-course dinner with Australian chef Luke Mangan’s signature fusion touch. There are plates of coconut broth with Sydney spice, seared foie gras with scallops, peach and brioche and Cape Grim striploin. 1st seating (6-8pm) at $125; 2nd seating (8:30pm onwards) $148.
Looking for a less-crowded New Year's? This tucked away restaurant in Dempsey has a four-course dinner with scallops two ways (roasted and tartare with white chocolate veloute and caviar) and a dessert of chestnut millefeuille with roasted pears and yogurt sorbet. $118 with additional $88 for wine pairing.
Those who love a great vantage point of the city should head to this 70th-story restaurant. The restaurant has prepared an eight-course menu with highlights like scallops with cauliflower, smoked pancetta and black garlic, as well as duck consommé with slow-cooked duck leg and baby turnips. $408 with a glass of Dom Perignon.
New Year's at this sky-highrestaurants involves a 10-course degustation dinner with a glass of Krug Champagne and unparalleled views of the fireworks. Expect nothing less than gastronomic dishes of Hokkaido uni with obsiblue, daikon and Oscietra caviar; egg cocotte with black Perigord truffle and brioche; and langoustine and foie gras ravioli with Cevennes onion cream. $498.
With a 270-degree view of the city, this is one place that would make a great New Year’s Eve option. The menu includes Italian favorites like scallop carpaccio, handmade cappelletti stuffed with lobster and eggplant, and pan-fried veal tenderloin with glazed chestnuts, chanterelle mushrooms and Jerusalem artichoke purée. Dinner also gets you entry to the terrace lounge countdown party. $280.
Ring in the New Year with a classic countdown party complete with a balloon drop. On the menu are decadent homemade Dungeness crab ravioli, Boston lobster gratin with tobiko cream and a huge seafood spread. $138.
If meat and burgers are what you crave, head here for more of their a la carte menu options. The casual restaurant is also rolling out six rotating specials per day for the month of December, so you'll be in for a treat come New Year's Eve. Plus, they've got free flow wines, Prosecco and cocktails on New Year's Eve for $45.

If an Orchard Road celebration is something that appeals to you, head to Pan Pacific's restaurant where you'll find an array of seafood like Maine lobsters and Queen Roe scallops. There's also a local touch with favorites like Peddlers' char kway teow and assam laksa with barramundi. The place is also pouring Laurent-Perrier Champagne and wine. $108.
If you’re looking for a more casual affair, this French bistro has you covered. Everything a la carte, but there are options like potato rosti with smoked salmon and horseradish cream ($19); roasted turkey breast with chestnut stuffing and cranberry sauce ($28); and lamb rack with carrot gratin ($35).
British-inspired roast restaurant goes classically fancy with a four-course menu full of traditional favorites like braised beef short ribs, whole roasted stuffed quail with bacon and caramelized fig and capellini in cod roe sauce with scallops and salmon roe. $88.
End the festive season with 1920s flair at this swanky restaurant. The four-course menu includes scallop carpaccio with caviar, truffle consommé in puff pastry and grilled striploin with winter vegetables and truffle mash. The bayside Spanish restaurant has a seven-course degustation, which involves Carabinero red prawns and porcini mushrooms canélon with white truffle. Plus, you don’t have to head far to party: the dinner also guarantees you entry to their rooftop party worth $98. $488.
For an around the world feast, Sentosa's W Hotel pulls out all the stops. There's a fully-stocked raw bar with Boston lobster, oysters, sushi and salads; a tandoor oven with briyanis, dhals and tandoori lobster tails; a carving station; a wok corner with fried rice and chilli crab; a traditional Western grill; and of course a dessert bar. $168 for dinner, $218 for dinner with Champagne.
Get in on the bar’s opulent New Year’s Eve dinner with a six-course dinner that includes super indulgent offerings like oysters and caviar, foie gras torchon, lobster bisque and Angus beef duo. It wouldn’t be complete without cocktails courtesy of head bartender Ricky Paiva with the likes of Pomme Sazerac, The Cardenal and Corpse Reviver #2. The hip resto-lounge rolls out an equally festive menu with a three-course meal that continues into a party over at Bang Bang. Begin with a selection of light bites like beef steak tartare and foie gras corndogs before continuing on to dishes like pan-roasted scallops with jamon Iberico and Champagne sauce with squid ink emulsion; fillet mignon and braised short ribs with bordelaise sauce; and pan-roasted bass bouillabaisse-style. $75.
The Spanish restaurant transforms into a traditional boqueria (market) complete with a display of Spanish cuisine. This New Year’s choose between just dinner, free flow booze with dinner, or drinks only. If you’re coming for the food, expect tapas and larger dishes like suckling pig.
