In Sattahip, a fish seller who claims he has been cursed by a Cambodian man and is possessed by a ghost is arrested. Thanya Kaew-ngarm, 50, regularly argues with his Cambodian neighbor who he claims is always making too much noise. After the latest argument, Thanya hears his neighbor chanting. He tries to go to asleep but starts convulsing uncontrollably, feeling like he has been possessed by black magic or a ghost. A witness sees Thanya’s strange behavior and alerts the police. Upon arrival, the police listen to Thanya’s story and sprinkle some water and give him holy water to drink but he fails to recover. Police suspect that drugs might be involved so get him to do a urine test which is positive. The police handcuff him for drug taking but Thanya makes a miraculous recovery. He claims he had been taking Tiffy painkillers and after they confirm his alibi they release him.

In Phuket, a man dies after his flying boat explodes in mid-air. German tourist Georg Erwin Bach, 65, is spotted flying an inflatable boat, which is a mix between a dinghy and a powered hang glider, out at sea off Laem Ka Yai Beach. While in mid-air the engine fails forcing him to land in the water. According to witnesses he manages to restart the vehicle and takes off again flying a further 500 meters before the flying boat’s engine explodes and he plummets into the water. Police are called and the rescue party find him still strapped into the machine with no apparent injuries to his body. They suspect cause of death to be drowning but the body is sent for an autopsy.

In Udon Thani, a women graffiti’s her own car to accuse her husband’s mistress of an acid attack. Ms. Suphaphon claims that her car has had acid thrown on it in four separate occasions and is convinced that the attacks were by the jealous mistress of her husband. Frustrated by the lack of action by the police she has the words “The mistress did it!” spray painted across the hood and side of the Honda Brio she uses to drive around the province. Talking to Khao Sod she claims that she wants the public to know who committed the crimes. Police state they are still investigating but there is simply not enough evidence to convict the mistress.
