The much-awaited party for EDM enthusiasts by Armin van Buuren's Armada label will not take place this month.

As we reported earlier, Armada Night, headlined by DJs Alexander Popove and David Gravell, was to take place in Bangkok this Feb 28. But EDM and trance fans will now have to wait a little longer, as due to Bangkok's ongoing political situation, the event will be postponed with new dates to be announced soon.

The news is official now on Thaiticketmajor that the touring party will be postponed to some time around April. The new comes after a series of high-profile cancellations earlier this month, includiing Pattaya's Silverlake Festival.

Having celebrated its 10th anniversary last year, the Armada label, founded by Maykel Piron and David Lewis and Armin van Buuren, who topped the DJ Mag Top 100 chart for four consecutive years, is home to other big name DJs like Dash Berlin, Nadia Ali, Tim Berg, Laser Kraft and Paul Oakenfold.

We'll keep you updated on the new dates and the official lineup when it's announced.
