Levels, Q Bar and Bash have been merged under one management: the Soi 11 Entertainment Group. It’s a bit of a shock in Q Bar’s case, because it means its owners and founders, who remained on board since the bar first opened in (then was thrown out of) Vietnam, are now retired. It could make bar hopping a lot easier, though. And maybe they’ll use their combined clout to crack down on all the little VW booze vans that are killing the nightclubbing scene.
