At Hansar Hotel, Eve’s new Chef Charles Christiaens has just unveiled a new menu featuring modern techniques and more colorful plating. Dishes include the Iceland langoustine in a circle of chestnut mousseline and chanterelles mushroom and cauliflower (B790) and the hearty roasted French guinea fowl served with pine kernel albufera sauce, black truffle and penne gratin (B950).
