Four-day dining event, the second annual Asia-Pacific Food and Wine Festival, visits The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong from June 13-16, featuring seven culinary talents from China, Denmark, France, Italy and United Kingdom as well as The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong’s own chefs.

Highlights include a cooking class and dinner with chef Mads Refslund from Denmark’s Noma (June 13; HK$3,980 (S$632)), an All Star Brunch (June 16; from HK$880 (S$140)), a wine appreciation session with UK Master of Wine Ned Goodwin (June 14; HK$2,980 (S$473)) and a cheese market (June 15; Free). 

While in town for the festival, guests can stay on-site at The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong for HK$4,600 (S$730).
