Oenophiles will be pleased with these wine-focused events happening soon.

It's the season for wine lovers, what with several different vino-focused events taking place over the next couple of weeks.

First up, is Artisan Wine's Moscato Tasting at 2am:dessertbar on February 21, where you'll get to sample five different styles of Moscato from Italy and Australia, paired with five scrumptious desserts.

That's quickly followed by Saint Pierre's Tuscany Wine Dinner (February 27)—a day before their last day of business on February 28. There’s a six-course meal to be had with dishes such as chili crab ravioli with grilled baby octopus, served alongside Mazzei Zisola Sicilia 2008.

If you prefer something a little more relaxed, then don't miss Equatorial Wines Portfolio Tasting 2013 at Edge which takes place on February 28. Expect to find over 50 vinos including new additions to their portfolio like Highfield Estate from Marlborough, Hay Shed Hill from Margaret River, and Rutherford Ranch from Napa Valley.

For those who like to plan ahead, there's an Educational Wine Tasting Wine Estate Gutzler (Rheinhessen) session at Magma German Wine Bistro. Happening on March 3, sample and learn about nine different vinos from Gerhard Gutzler's award-winning wine estate in Rheinhessen.
