Italian restaurant Bontá Italian Restaurant & Bar offers five white truffle dishes for its fifth anniversary
Five white truffle dishes will be served at Italian restaurant Bonta to celebrate the eatery's fifth anniversary.
Italian restaurant Bontá Italian Restaurant & Bar is offering five white truffle dishes to celebrate its fifth birthday and the truffle season.
Chef Luca Pezzera will present popular items such as pan-roasted Mediterranean scallops served with light potato mousse, veal sauce reduction and Alba white truffle ($92), homemade ravioli filled with braised veal ossobuco and Alba white truffle ($92) and risotto with cresenza cheese and Alba white truffle ($82).
As if that's not enough, other dishes that will be dressed with white truffle include green asparagus with fried egg, sage and Alba white truffle ($82), Wagyu beef carpaccio with shavings of Parmesan cheese and Alba white truffle ($82) and roasted veal tenderloin with soft polenta, Barolo glaze and Alba white truffle ($122).
There's also an unusual Alba white truffle ice cream ($28) to be had, for those who prefer something a little sweeter.
