Singapore's newest tapas restaurant Lolla, serves seasonal plates like crispy breaded pig tails ($19) and sea urchin pudding ($19).

Casual tapas restaurant and bar Lolla is now open at Singapore’s Ann Siang Road.

The eatery serves Mediterranean small plates made from seasonal produce such as Spanish tortilla with smoked eel ($19), crispy breaded pig tails ($19) and sea urchin pudding ($19). Sweet options include steamed dark chocolate pudding ($15) and doughnuts with lemon curd ($12).

To wash it down, there’s a collection of artisanal white wines like Pazo de Senorans, Albarino ($18 per glass, $84 per bottle) and reds such as Meandro do Vale Meao, Douro ($16 per glass, $75 per bottle).
