After the V9 Wine Bar and Restaurant said goodbye to the Sofitel Silom in August last year, the space on the 37th floor has now been renovated and reopened under the name Scarlett Wine Bar and Restaurant. The sister venue of the Scarlett Beijing offers laid-back dining with a panoramic view of Bangkok.
