Keeping up their tradition of bringing in American chefs, The Seafood Bar (41 Somerset Lake Point, Sukhumvit Soi 16, 02-663-8863) welcomes Chef Mitch Fishman from San Francisco. From Sep 27-Oct 1, Fishman (yes, really) will do a special a la carte menu with traditional and contemporary American seafood dishes like sweet potato seafood chowder and crab macaroni and cheese.
