Is it that BK is getting older? We certainly still think of ourselves as hot 17-year-olds but we have to admit that a glass of Campari followed by free-flow booze, incredible food, and projections of Fellini movies is the kind of evening that’s growing on us. For its second pop-up restaurant, Gastronomia Romana, forward-thinking event space Opposite (27/1 Sukhumvit Soi 51, 02-662-6330) invited native Roman, Chef Paolo Vitaletti. The peasant food was great but more importantly, the communal tables and ephemeral nature (and did we mention the free-flow booze?) make the dinner more of a dinner party.
