Le Normandie (Mandarin Oriental, 48 Oriental Avenue, 02-659-9000) is bringing in three Michelin star chef Christian Le Squer, of the 18th century Parisian institution, Ledoyen, from Feb 14-19. B4,950 (lunch) and B9,510 (dinner). Chef Le Squer is also doing a special dinner on Valentine’s Day, which actually comes out cheaper than the other nights, at B11,182 per couple.
