They’re bringing in their Christmas Eve and Christmas Day fare to New Year’s Eve at Public House, and on this occasion diners gain exclusive access to the venue’s secret rooftop for a midnight countdown. More info here, Public House
To end the year with a memorable meal, Kwann is dishing out two, one-time New Year’s Eve tasting menus, using their signature charcoal cooking and smoking techniques to level up classic Thai recipes their team of culinary wiz-kids, chefs Napol “Joe” Jantraget, Jirapat “Sept” Praphotjanaporn, and Saki Hoshino. On Dec 31 from 6pm onwards, you can enjoy a three-course (B2,800/person) or a five-course dinner (B4,200/person) packed with locally sourced Thai ingredients, like wagyu massaman curry and smoked pork ribs with a Thai herb chimichurri. As with the Christmas menu the restaurant offers a few days earlier, this one comes with an optional festive wine menu. Paradise Lost is hosting a banger of a New Year’s Eve party this month, featuring a Carnaval-themed bash with panoramic views of three firework displays.
