Check out some of our favorite deals to catch over the weekend.

Akanee Bangkok

Trying to take Thai cuisine to new heights, Akanee employs traditional Thai charcoal cooking to add a subtle smokiness to a diverse range of dishes from across the country. Aside from their cool culinary concept, the restaurant sports a color palette resembling clay pots and woven fans used in charcoal cooking way back when. For BK Restaurant Week 2024, the restaurant jumpstarts your palate with a crispy fried soft-shell crab salad, followed by braised beef (or pork) cheek in Panang curry and stir-fried edible flowers. Wrap up the meal with Grandma Chui’s special coconut ice cream, and you’ve got a pretty solid evening.

At this relaxed eatery for BK Restaurant Week, you are getting a hell of a deal: unlimited food for two hours. Dough Bros (Locations at Gaysorn Amarin and Summer Point)

This non-traditional sourdough pizza place serves up pies with a uniquely chewy texture that pairs beautifully with premium toppings and their signature dips—we like the garlic & herb one. In addition, their golden brown doughnuts with overindulgent fillings are some of the best in the city right now. If you feel like spoiling yourself with “worth-it” carbs, the timing couldn’t be better as the restaurant is offering a special set menu at very special price, including one pizza of your choice, whether it’s the pepperoni supreme, the truffle, or others; one side dish, such as tater tots or Bro’s fried chicken, and more; and two freshly-fried doughnuts. You get a couple of drinks to top it all off as well.
