Pippa Sunrise is the new floor above the original Pippa, designed to take in the 180-degree view of Pattaya beach from the 19th floor.

Owner Suppachai “Eyy” Rattanaopath has set his sights on raising Pattaya's F&B scene to Bangkok standards. You’ll find tasty cocktails like the Tropical Sour (Tequila, rum, banana liqueur, coconut water, lime juice, orgeat syrup, angostura bitters, B380) and the Pippa Garden (Tequila, Aperol, pineapple juice, strawberry puree, Raspberry puree, lime juice, Peychaud's Bitters, B380).

 

For the non-drinkers, they also have cold-pressed juices on offer (B200). 

 

To fuel up, there are sandwiches, sushi, grilled chicken, burgers, and fresh seafood to choose from.
