After expanding his Igniv empire to Bangkok, the celebrated Swiss chef Andreas Caminada will make a stop at his Bangkok outpost to prepare a “surprise” food experience Nov 26-27.
For two days, chef Caminada and his Bangkok head chef David Hartwig will showcase seasonal ingredients like Jerusalem artichokes, venison, and quail eggs in their four-course sharing experience where patrons can taste 17 to 19 dishes.
The sharing experience is priced at B6,900 per person and available for two rounds: for lunch, at noon-3pm; for dinner, 5.30pm.
