The British Community in Thailand Foundation for the Needy (BCTFN) is bringing back its traditional fund-raising event, the Ploenchit Fair, this Nov 26, 10am-9pm, after a two-year pause due to Covid.

 

Taking place at their usual spot at Bangkok Patana School, the family-friendly fair was first held at the British Embassy in Ploenchit in 1957 to help raise funds to support Thai charities.

 

Expect child-friendly activities like games and rides, meeting Father Christmas, shopping for home goods or books, raffles, and British food and drinks and live band performances.

 

Pre-event tickets are B250 for adults and B125 for children 12 years old and younger via Ticketmelon. Door tickets are B300 for adults and B150 for children.
