Phrom Phong’s favorite new bakery and charcuterie spot opens for weekend dinners
Larder gets a little more interesting next week.
Larder in Phrom Phong is launching a new weekend dinner series starting Nov 11 with a small menu and natty wines.
Featuring just 25 seats a day, the new dinner series will be running on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday through November and December starting next Friday. With a menu of snacks, charcuterie boards, and shared plates, a selection of 10 natural and biodynamic wines will be available by glass, bottle, and carafe.
For an idea of the snacks, think golabki (pigeon) and beef tongue with raw tuna, lemon, and wild honey; if you’re sharing, look out for pan fried scallops (with “tons of butter") or schnitzel and mash.
Chef Radek Zarębiński, formerly Gaggan, now owner of the LA Mexican brand Cholos opened Larder together with chef Adrian Klonowski, previously at Gaa, in July this year.
The dinner service is an appetizer for the evening service that will open on the 2nd floor in 2023.
