Chef Som teams up with chef Hervé Frerard for a 5-course degustation menu.

Last month Chef Som got Peruvian with chef Andre Josef Nweh Severino, and now she’s teaming up with Chef Hervé Frerard of Montien Hotel Surawong Bangkok to get a little Parisian.

The “Classic French” dinner will be held on Sunday August 28th at Som’s Table on Hua Hin’s Khao Tao Beach. Relying on the seasonal and garish Escoffier cooking, the special collaboration will include five courses including one special collaborative amuse bouche surprise from the two.

The two chefs have actually collaborated before, for a four-hands event in 2021 for Valentine's day at Som’s former Karmakamet Conveyance, and this event will mark their first collaboration since.

Beginning at 5pm, expect French fare with French flair. The menu includes squab pigeons and foie gras with Australian winter truffle, Atlantic skate wing confit, traditional rum baba, and more.

Priced just like the last four-hands dinner at B2,700, for advanced booking email [email protected] or call 097-287-2442.
