This dinner at Taan is dedicated to urban eco farming
An 11-dish feast of local produce.
This Oct 22, Taan will be hosting a special dinner dedicated to urban eco farming.
As part of their "Farmer's Talk" series, they'll be inviting Charee Boonyavinij—founder of Bangkok's pioneering Uncle Ree Organic Farm—to collaborate with Taan's executive chef Monthep Kamolsilp on an innovative 11-dish menu. Dishes will feature ingredients like Royal Project black chicken, milky mushrooms, yeast, crayfish, giant water bugs and Sri-Chiang Mai wagyu beef
At the same time, they'll be educating diners on sustainable urban farming methods and ways of living.
