Little Market returns to Charoenkrung with a permanent residence
These are some next-level burgers.
Good news for burger lovers who are partial to awesome cocktails: Little Market has announced it will be taking up a new permanent residency at Tropic City, right across the street from its old home.
Since the burger restaurant closed its spot on Charoenkrung a year ago, fans have frantically been following its string of pop-ups across town from CentralWorld to Smalls to Jua, eager to get a hit of the infamous Steakburger (B240): two 270-day grain-fed Aussie Angus patties sandwiched between a toasted bun with American cheese, pickles, onions and mustard.
Get that and more, from the Philly Bird (chopped grilled chicken, melted cheese and onions on a toasted roll, B240) to the Loaded Tots (tater tots with cheese, sour cream, bacon and scallions, B200) during Tropic City’s regular hours.
Join them for their launch party on Jul 4, when they'll be hosting a burger eating contest, Steakburger and Peroni specials (B350), desserts by pastry genius Jason Licker, including American-style apple pie and raspberry cheesecake (B300) with, of course, amazing cocktails from Tropic.
The venture comes from duo Chet Adkins and Jason Lang, whose modern izakaya Jua is located on the same street as Tropic City.
Tropic City, 672/65 Charoenkrung Soi 28, 083-838-2750. Open Tue-Sat 7pm-2am; Sun 7pm-midnight
