Wonderfruit is back, bigger and better than ever.

Bangkok’s most talked-about art, music, food and wellness festival is back for round five at this Dec 13-16. This year’s show still takes place at The Fields at Siam Country Club Pattaya, but at a new site about one kilometer away from last year’s action. The new, larger permanent home comes with added zones and venues—all built with foundations made of locally-sourced bamboo.

You’ll get to see that bamboo architecture in full effect at the new Theatre Stage by Mpdstudio, which sits right next to a nearby waterway and will play host to Icelandic multi-instrumentalist and singer Sóley and Bangkok-based Costlywood. The main music line-up also includes some more well-known names, like Goldie and the Ensemble, rapper Kweku Collins, British underground musician Craig Richards, Bangkok-based singer SYPS, and New Zealand producer Lord Echo.

The festival’s new digs come with added room for accommodation. This year, partygoers can pitch their own tents in the general camping area  (B400/person for 4 nights  with toilet & shower facilities. Tent not included) or the boutique camping zone (this is already sold out completely), unless you're the kind of baller who can drop B425,000 on a Camp Kerala tent. If you don’t want to brave the outdoors you can get tons of Wonderfruit deals on hotels around Pattaya through the event’s official website.

Speaking of nature, Wonderfruit 2018 capitalizes on all the VR rage with its “In the Eyes of the Animal” experience that lets you strap on virtual reality gear and explore a forest landscape through the eyes of woodland creatures.

The Solar Stage—a semi-permanent structure made of interlocking wood panels—is back for another round of exploring, dancing and even climbing about. As is the Eco Pavilion, a shelter under a kaleidoscope canopy of handmade cotton umbrellas where meditation workshops and the return of the TED-like Scratch Talks will take place.

Obviously food is a big part of every Wonderfruit festival. This year, they are rolling out a new dining experience. Dubbed “Theatre of Feasts”  (get tickets here) gathers award-winning chefs from across Bangkok to slice, dice and cook up huge feasts in front of live audiences. The line-up is pretty massive, too—Chef Bo Songivsava and Chef Dylan Jones from Bo.Lan; Chef Chalee Kader from Surface, 100 Mahaseth; Chef Prin Polsuk from Samrub for Thai and Chef Num Triyasenawat  from Samuay & Sons; Chef Garima Arora from Gaa; Chef Paolo Vitaletti from Appia, Peppina; Chef Jarett Wrisley from Appia, Soul Food Mahanakorn & Friends
