Hard to believe we've come to the end of another month. Soon it'll be Christmas! But before then, there's the last of the Mid-Autumn festivities to soak in, plus a bunch fo film screenings, the return of the Great Food Festival, and one last farewell party for our favorite carpark bar The Great Escape.

Feel the Mid-Autumn Festival vibes as Gardens by the Bay adorns its entire grounds with beautiful lanterns big and small. Come check out the bustling marketplace too, where performances, food, and traditional Chinese craft showcases await. Through Sep 24

More than 200 street vendors hawking mooncakes, tea and decorative ornaments will fill the streets in Chinatown—stretching from Pagoda Street to Smith Street for the Mid-Autumn Festival period. Through Sep 24

Investigating how we as humans will come to perceive our relationships in tomorrow’s world, the ArtScience Museum presents I Am Not A Robot, a short film programme on loop comprising three films: Seam, Last Days of the Man of Tomorrow, and Pumzi. Sep 24-28

In partnership with the Singapore Film Society, the Movement for the Intellectually Disabled of Singapore (MINDS) Film Festival is screening six films from around the world to raise awareness for persons with intellectual disability. An added highlight, two original shorts commissioned by MINDS and produced by Royston Tan’s Chuan Pictures will have their premiere, and be screened before the start of the six films. Through Oct 7

Dutch artist Theo Jansen is sending his prized Strandbeests to our shores. In fact entirely non-living, his world-renowned creatures made of PVC and wood are powered by wind, and spend their days moving gracefully across beaches (hence their name, which translates to “beach animal” in Dutch). Head to the ArtScience Museum for an exclusive look at this new species, where you can look at “fossils” of past beests, and even walk alongside 13 original Strandbeests. Through Sep 30
