These pancakes have been dubbed the best in New York.

After branching out to Tokyo, Dubai and Singapore, New York's Clinton Street Baking Company will open in Bangkok this December on the ground floor of Siam Paragon.

The 15-year-old Manhattan-hailing diner is known for its all-day breakfast and American classics, especially the renowned soft-but-crispy-on-the-outside buttermilk pancakes—which the likes of New York Magazine and Lonely Planet have hailed as the best in the city.

Chef-owner Neil Kleinberg guarantees that his top-selling pancakes, biscuits, buttermilk fried chicken and waffles will all be on the menu in Bangkok. In fact, we already had a chance to try some of his offerings—and we're in love with the rich, fudgy brownie.
