This month, Il Fumo gives the 101 on artisanal beef.

Rama 4’s Italian grill restaurant Il Fumo opens its beautiful villa for an afternoon workshop devoted to slabs of delicious steak.

Taking place this Nov 26 from 3pm onwards, the Carnivore 101 workshop sees the restaurant’s chef-partner Luca Appino leading sessions covering the world’s best artisanal beef producers, beef cuts, and the art and science of grilling.

At B1,300, you’ll get to sample Il Fumo’s four prized types of beef—Australian wagyu, French Limousin, Spanish Rubia Gallega and Italian Chianina—and attend a family-style alfresco dinner following the workshop.

A session on meat and wine pairing by the house sommelier will set you back an extra B800 net.
