These Bangkok restaurants are taking french fries to the next level
From poutine to truffle-loaded mountains, these fancy fries are so much more than a simple side dish.
This Hong Kong import is best known for its Asian-fusion dishes, most notably the namesake bao, but it also rolls out some epic truffle fries (B320), which come loaded with shiitake tempeh, truffle mayo and pickled daikon. The result is a flavor explosion that's nutty, sweet and rich all at once.

Taking inspiration from poutine, arguably Canada's best-known dish, Sway is the place to go if you're in the mood for fries with a twist.
