Years after stepping out from behind the bar, Sapparot group partner Ben-David Sorum is back mixing. This time as a trainer.

 

In partnership with Barcardi, Siwilai Rocket is hosting three cocktail workshops—Jul 22, Aug 26 and Sep 30—where you’ll learn how to pour the world’s favorite rum-based cocktails.

 

Over a couple of hours, get to grips with the mojito, daiquiri and Cuba Libre, as well as how to properly work a jigger, shaker and bartender spoon. Of course, you’ll get to drink your own cocktails afterwards.

 

The small group size (maximum 14 people per class) guarantees that nobody gets left behind, while the B1,500 price includes not just the three cocktails but also some yummy canapes from their newly-launched menu. Limited spots, book fast!
