Put on your biggest Guinness hat and get ready to party with this day-by-day breakdown.

From a day to a weekend, a week and now almost a whole month – St. Patrick’s Festival keeps getting bigger every year. Here’s how you can get in on the action.

Mar 12: Master the Art of the Pour

Pouring the perfect pint of Guinness calls for patience, finesse and a knowing hand. Get a feel for it at Dempsey live music bar Unplugged for just $10 a pint. Or you can let them take care of the hard work and enjoy the 1-for-1 deals on Guinness going on at the same time.

Mar 13: Get Shucked

Oysters and Guinness go hand in hand and they’ll take center stage as Muddy Murphy’s hosts Singapore’s 20th Guinness Oyster Opening Championships. Watch in awe as some of the best chefs in town face off in a battle to shuck 30 oysters as quickly as possible. Supporters can take on a challenge of their own – shuck one oyster and down a pint of Guinness for bragging rights.

Mar 16: The Calm Before the Storm

One day to go before St. Patrick’s Day, but there’s plenty of merrymaking going on already. Tanjong Pagar Plaza establishment Bluemist will be pouring 1-for-1 Guinness pints from 7-9pm while a special St. Patrick’s Festival main course will be available for $32 (with a free pint of Guinness). Over at Fabrika at klapsons, 100 early birds will get to pour their own pints for free, while a three pints for $36 deal will be available all night. Also priced at $36 are sets of six Guinness-infused grain-fed beef skewers.

Mar 17: The Big Day

Singapore’s Irish icon Muddy Murphy’s celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2016 and the countdown to it begins with their St. Patrick’s Day bash. Drop in for live music from The Smashing Clovers and all-important free green wigs. Close by at KPO, you can look forward to $12 Guinness pints paired with siu yok platters ($10) and entertainment from DJ The FunkMan after 9pm. McGettigan’s is the place to be in Clarke Quay. Singapore’s top Celtic band Gan Ainm and acoustic folk rock band Hermitage Green will perform over four days of festivities with food and drink deals (and $5 shots of Baby Guinness) available throughout.

The Drunken Poet and Molly Roffey’s Esplanade and Bras Basah Road outlets will be doing a $12 deal on Guinness pints from 7pm onwards. There are also great Guinness deals to be had at Molly Malone’s ($10.50 a pint), The New Harbour Cafe & Bar ($17.59 for two pints) and Hard Rock Café, where $25 gets you a Rocking Guinness Pie served with mashed potatoes and a pint of Guinness.

Mar 18: 53A goes Irish

Taking the stage at Timbre @ The Substation, Singapore’s favorite cover band 53A will perform some of the best songs from Irish musicians – expect U2, The Cranberries, The Corrs and more. All this while Guinness flows at $25 for two pints.

Mar 19: Dance in the Streets

The St. Patrick’s Day Street Festival kicks off on Circular Road with live music and dance performances all-day on top of deals from Circular Road bars and restaurants. There’ll be fun for the kids too with face painting, balloon sculpting and hair braiding.

Mar 20: The Last Hurrah

Just before we call time on celebrations for another year, there’s one more event to enjoy – the St. Patrick’s Day Parade. Follow the bagpipers and drummers on their route from the Raffles Landing Site to UOB Plaza.
