A hotel has officially dedicated a restaurant to everything meat.

We've been watching the Park Hotel at Alexandra come up for a while now—the one across the street from IKEA. And now that it's open, there are some interesting food options to look forward to. Most intriguing is meat-only outlet The Carvery, set in an airy and modern space perched on the seventh floor of the hotel, with views of IKEA in its full yellow-and-blue glory.

Executive Chef Robert Chan may be your usual hotel bigwig, but his menu is all about cuts of beef, lamb, pork and chicken done to your liking. Cuts of meat include a decadent prime rib and brisket; New Zealand leg of lamb and lamb shoulder; pork knuckle with crackling and rotisserie chicken.

Pair your protein with artisanal salts, housemade butters like anchovy and truffle, sauces like chicken jus sauce and side dishes like Yorkshire pudding, caramelized sweet potatoes and polenta. Oh, and speaking of pairing, each meat comes with a suggested wine.

There is some stuff that is not meat: pastas cooked in all sorts of sauces, as well as other dishes like seafood bouillabaisse and beef bourguignon.

But most intriguing of all, there's a pretty affordable $38 lunch set, and a $52 dinner set.
