Mixmag’s docuseries spotlights dance music communities around the world.

Bangkok’s long been held up as the party capital of Southeast Asia; now a growing group of local DJs are looking to take Thai dance music global.

Among these are NakadiaMendy Indigo and XO809, names familiar to anyone on the Bangkok clubbing circuit, who so happen to star in a Mixmag and Smirnoff's new Global Dancefloor documentary series that's dedicated to lifting the lid on dance music communities around the world.

Following segments on underground dance communities in the UK, South Africa and Kenya, the Thailand documentary offers a glimpse into the DJs' lives both behind and away from the decks (recognize those nightclubs?), and explores what electronic music means to them.
