Giulo Saverino, a Giusto partner who’s been freelancing of late, has just joined Bed Supperclub as F&B manager. Saverino recently won a local award for his work on Sheraton Grande’s Rossini’s wine list, so you can expect improvements in that department. But he’s also bringing in a new Italian chef. Things will be generally a bit lighter, but not particularly Italian, he promises. Another reason to head straight to Bed is choreographer Jitti Chompee’s latest show, a solo by a muscular dancer, Hari Das Ahatefu, whose very physical performance includes touches of juggling and Chompee’s signature gender-bending humor. Through mid December.
